地上的安息日只是暫時，是預表將來的事；地上的安息日是憐憫人為人所設立的，使你停止世上的工作，能放下勞碌，心靈得到休息；使你知道要謹守聖安息日，遵行我的誡命，使你不要忘記造天地萬物的神及救贖你的主，使你從起初、從靈命年幼時就開始學習敬畏神，並遵行祂一切吩咐的話，使你到老也不偏離祂的道路；

所以，你要追求屬靈的安息，每天在我裡面得着安息；不要讓你的心在世界裡打轉，也不要依附在物質的世界中，聽從世界而行；因為全世界都臥在那惡者手下，到處充滿邪惡與誘惑；今生的思慮與煩擾使人忙亂、煩躁、不安，不能給你真正的平安；你要回到我這裡，將你的心歸屬於我，分別為聖，用心靈誠實敬拜造你的神，尊主為大，使自己不隨心所欲，不隨自己的喜愛行自己的道路，不任意說私語；我就用我的喜樂、道路、我的恩典充滿你，使你得以滿足，使你的心得享安息；

要回到我這裡，進入我的筵宴所，在我裡面得享安息，享受我所賜豐富的恩典；我要用愛來保護看顧屬我的人；與基督聯合，能使你得着永遠的生命；多親近我，我就親近你；使你有受教的耳，智慧的心，願意聽從我的教導，多認識我，明白聖經的真理，就能得着屬靈的智慧；得着屬靈的智慧就能得着生命；要住在主裡面，就能得到生命的活泉，能滋養你的靈魂，使那受傷、生病的靈魂被醫治，使生命得到亮光；使生命之道能在你心裡發芽、開花、結果；使真理引導你，使你得着力量，行道有力，行在神所指示你的道路上，是正直的路，是通往永生的路；

愛我的人，並我所愛的人，你在我裡面，我也在你裡面，如此，必能得着安息，天天在主裡享受安息；遵行主的誡命，生命得拯救，成為得勝之人，將來得到永遠的安息。

(以賽亞書58:13-14 )

你若在安息日掉轉（或譯：謹慎）你的腳步，在我聖日不以操作為喜樂，稱安息日為可喜樂的，稱耶和華的聖日為可尊重的；而且尊敬這日，不辦自己的私事，不隨自己的私意，不說自己的私話，你就以耶和華為樂。耶和華要使你乘駕地的高處，又以你祖雅各的產業養育你。這是耶和華親口說的。

(耶利米書6:16)

耶和華如此說：你們當站在路上察看，訪問古道，哪是善道，便行在其間；這樣，你們心裏必得安息。…..

主耶和華－以色列的聖者曾如此說：你們得救在乎歸回安息；你們得力在乎平靜安穩；…..

「你們親近神，神就必親近你們。」

你們要常在我裏面，我也常在你們裏面。枝子若不常在葡萄樹上，自己就不能結果子；你們若不常在我裏面，也是這樣。我是葡萄樹，你們是枝子。常在我裏面的，我也常在他裏面，這人就多結果子；因為離了我，你們就不能做甚麼。

Receiving True Rest in Christ: Pursuing Spiritual Rest and Entering the Eternal Kingdom

(The Encouragement of the Holy Spirit on 2025.11.15)

The Sabbath on earth is only temporary; it is a foreshadowing of what is to come. The Sabbath on earth was established out of mercy for people, allowing you to stop the work of this world, to lay down your toil, and let your soul find rest. It is so that you may know to keep the holy Sabbath, to obey My commandments, and not forget the God who created the heavens, the earth, and all things, and the Lord who redeemed you. From the beginning and from your spiritual infancy, you must learn to fear God and obey all His commands, so that when you grow old, you will not depart from His ways.

Therefore, you must pursue spiritual rest and receive rest in Me every day. Do not let your heart run around in the world, and do not cling to the material world or follow the ways of the world. For the whole world lies in the hands of the evil one, filled everywhere with wickedness and temptation. The worries and troubles of this life make people busy, anxious, and restless, and cannot give you true peace. You must return to Me, give your heart to Me, set yourself apart as holy, worship your Creator with spirit and truth, and exalt the Lord, so that you do not follow your own desires, do not walk your own way according to your own likes, and do not speak idle words. Then I will fill you with My joy, My way, and My grace, so that you may be satisfied and your heart may find rest.

Return to Me, enter My banquet hall, and enjoy rest in Me, receiving the abundant grace I give. I will protect and watch over those who belong to Me with My love. Being united with Christ enables you to receive eternal life. Draw near to Me, and I will draw near to you, giving you ears that can be taught and a wise heart that is willing to listen to My instruction. Know Me more and understand the truth of the Scriptures, and then you will gain spiritual wisdom. Receiving spiritual wisdom brings life. Remain in the Lord, and you will receive the living water of life that nourishes your soul, heals the soul that is wounded or sick, and brings light to your life. The word of life will sprout, bloom, and bear fruit in your heart. The truth will guide you, give you strength to walk, and lead you on the path God shows you, a path that is upright and a path that leads to eternal life.

Those who love Me and those whom I love—you are in Me, and I am in you. In this way, you will surely receive rest and enjoy rest in the Lord every day. Those who obey the Lord’s commandments will have their lives saved, become people who overcome, and will receive eternal rest in the future.

from doing your pleasure on My holy day,

and call the Sabbath a delight

and the holy day of the Lord honorable;

if you honor it, not going your own ways,

or seeking your own pleasure, or talking idly;

then you shall take delight in the Lord,
